i am seeing things in a different way from doing your course. I think perhaps one of the biggest stumbling blocks to proper emotional closure, is my lingering bits of affection for this man i spent over 40 years with. How do I deal with that ?

I do really find it hard to imagine my life being better. I did used to suffer bouts of depression occasionally, so I’ve had to be really strong since the divorce.
