In the beginning, being strong
was getting to the grocery store
and back without crying. Later,
it meant realizing I could become
my own version of Wonder Woman.YOU can do that, too!
Becoming a Warrior Woman
In Module Four we are going to work on getting ourselves strong
Your objectives for Module Four are…
[li type=”icon-caret-right”]Define what it means to be a strong woman[/li]
[li type=”icon-caret-right”]Define the five areas of personal strength[/li]
[li type=”icon-caret-right”]Decide how you will get strong in each area[/li]
[/list]
We want to make it clear that grieving is an important part of the process and not something to be ashamed of or embarrassed about.
Simply by understanding the stages of grief and what needs to be accomplished you take an important first step to conquering these tasks. We are not suggesting that you will conquer all four of these tasks during this month, but developing the framework for you to use as you move forward. Your job during this module is to work through these materials and complete the worksheet Getting a Grip on Grief.
Last, make sure to keep you eye out for your bonus delivery. You should be receiving your copy of Radical Recovery: Transforming the despair of your divorce into an unexpected good, and your MasterPlan binder to keep all your worksheets and resources.
