The negative thoughts are provoked by past experiences…. positive thoughts can be infused by looking ahead to the future. This morning was 180 degrees from the now. Started with a stunner (bad) and throughout the day met and made 3 new friends with two girl dates coming up this week. Started an online Spanish class. Getting out and moving is my tonic. A little bit tough as I’m an introvert but I’m doing it.

Living my life in pain and sadness is no longer an option. I commit to starting each day with grace, dignity, strength and love. I will eat healthy food, I will keep in touch with my loved ones, I will stay active and I will try many new things.
